During the design, special attention was paid to the safety of future residents. The project provides for a closed territory.

In case of an emergency, the project provides for a civil defense facility. The customer wanted to see all these measures and they were fundamental in the design, because the safety of citizens is above all else.

The residential complex combines the advantages of living in the suburbs and the proximity of a metropolis. The facility has excellent transport connections with Kyiv, a well-developed infrastructure that includes supermarkets, large stores, fitness clubs, schools, kindergartens, banks and post offices, and pharmacies.

During the design of residential buildings in the Atlant residential complex, as in all our other projects, we used promising technologies to ensure the optimal cost of operational housing with a sufficiently high level of comfort and durability of materials.

The frames of the buildings are built of monolithic reinforced concrete, the external walls are made of concrete blocks and insulated with materials that provide a high level of energy efficiency and meet all environmental safety standards. According to the project, silent high-speed elevators with a high level of comfort are installed in the buildings.

All houses in the residential complex are designed with a full package of engineering support and have central heating.

All elements of the residential complex are adapted for people with limited mobility. Standardized entrance dimensions are observed, entrances are equipped with ramps, pedestrian paths with a reduced curb height are provided, and special parking spaces are planned.
