for multifunctional buildings for holding convicts and persons taken into custody (block, barracks and cell-type penitentiary institutions and remand prisons), with utility (auxiliary) buildings and structures;
for an auxiliary (outbuilding) building that does not belong to the manor, summer house or garden house.

Preparation, production and issuance in accordance with the established procedure of operational indicators for an apartment building (dormitory)

Preparation, production and issuance of certificates regarding indicators for residential, public or industrial buildings, outbuildings, and protective structures;

Conducting technical surveys and preparing conclusions regarding the allocation and division of real estate objects, calculating the ideal shares of co-owners of real estate objects;

Performing other inventory and technical work in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine;

Providing information services on technical inventory issues.
