The feasibility study is developed on the basis of initial data for production facilities and linear facilities of the engineering and transport infrastructure, which require detailed substantiation of relevant decisions and determination of options and feasibility of building the facility.
The feasibility calcultation is used for technically simple objects of industrial purpose and linear objects of engineering and transport infrastructure.
Note. According to the relevant rationale, the customer may make a decision on the development of feasibility studies for non-production facilities.
The feasibility study substantiates the main project decisions, production capacity, nomenclature and quality of products, if they are not specified by directive, production cooperation, provision of raw materials, materials, semi-finished products, fuel, electricity and heat energy, water and labor resources, including the selection of a specific site for construction, cost of construction and main technical and economic indicators.
When preparing a feasibility study or calculation, a comprehensive assessment of the effects of the planned activity on the state of the environment (EIA) should be carried out in accordance with DBN A.2.2-1; the recommended decisions of the feasibility study and calculation should be based on the results of the EIA; EIA materials, issued in the form of a special part (section) of the documentation, are a mandatory component of the feasibility study and calculation.
The feasibility calculation is performed in a reduced volume compared to the feasibility study in accordance with the nature of the object and the requirements of the task.
Materials of feasibility study and calculation are transferred to the customer on paper (in four copies) and electronic media.
