The energy efficiency certificate from "One Project" is a document developed in accordance with the law "On energy efficiency of buildings" by certified experts of our architectural office in accordance with all the requirements of the law.

Energy certificate - a document of the established form, which indicates the indicators and class of the energy efficiency of the building, provides recommendations for its improvement formed in accordance with the procedure established by law, as well as other information about the building and its separate parts, the energy efficiency of which is certified.

The energy certificate reflects different classes of energy efficiency - from A to G. The further we are from class A, the more energy the building will consume for heating, cooling and hot water preparation

Energy efficiency certification

Energy efficiency certification is a type of energy audit , during which an analysis of information on the actual or design characteristics of enclosing structures and engineering systems is carried out, the compliance of the estimated level of energy efficiency with the established minimum requirements for the energy efficiency of buildings is assessed, and recommendations are provided to increase the level of energy efficiency of buildings, taking into account local climatic conditions. These recommendations are technically and economically justified.

Calculations performed after data collection are regulated by current legislation and are aimed at stimulating the reduction of energy resource use.

The Law of Ukraine "On Energy Efficiency of Buildings" introduces mandatory certification of buildings from July 1, 2019.

The presence of an energy efficiency certificate is mandatory for:

construction objects CC2-CC3 (new construction, reconstruction, capital repair), which according to the class of consequences (responsibility) belong to objects with
medium (CC2) and significant (CC3) consequences, determined in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Regulation urban planning activity";
state-owned buildings with a heating area of > 250 square meters , which are often visited by citizens and in all of which state authorities are located;
buildings with a heating area of > 250 square meters, in all of which local self-government bodies are located (in the case of thermal modernization of such buildings
by them);
buildings in which thermal modernization is carried out, for which state support is provided and which results in the achievement of the energy efficiency class of the
building not lower than the minimum requirements for the energy efficiency of the building.
buildings with association of co-owners of an apartment building, which expect on a refund for thermal modernization from the Energy Efficiency Fund

The list of construction objects,which are subject to mandatory certification, will be expanded in the future. Even now, in the case of concluding a purchase-sale (hire, lease) contract of a building or premises at the request of a potential buyer (tenant, lessee), the seller (landlord) must provide information about the energy certificate of the building (if energy efficiency certification is mandatory and/or conducted) or report the absence of such a certificate. Preference in such cases will be given to premises in certified buildings. Therefore, for the owners, the energy efficiency certification of buildings is not just a tribute to trends and modernity, but above all an attractive investment.
