It is developed on the basis of the customer's task for objects of industrial purpose and linear objects of engineering and transport infrastructure, which require detailed substantiation of relevant decisions and determination of options and feasibility of construction of the object.
Technical and economic calculationis used for technically simple objects of industrial purpose and linear objects of engineering and transport infrastructure. The technical and economic calculation is performed in a reduced volume compared to the feasibility study in accordance with the nature of the object and the requirements of the task.
It is developed on the basis of the customer's task for the principle determination of requirements for urban planning, architectural, artistic, ecological and functional solutions of the object, confirmation of the possibility of creating a non-production object.
As part of the SD, for the justification of the decisions made by the customer, calculations of the main design solutions, estimated cost and justification of the investment efficiency are performed, and engineering and technical developments, schemes of engineering support of the object can also be additionally performed.
It is developed to determine urban planning, architectural, artistic, ecological, technical, technological, engineering solutions of the object, the estimated cost of construction. P is developed on the basis of the design task, the initial data and the preliminary stage approved in three-stage design.

Sections of the P stage are given in a clear and concise form, without excessive detail, in a composition and volume sufficient for the justification of project decisions, determination of the scope of the main construction works, needs for equipment, building materials and structures, provisions for the organization of construction, as well as determination of the estimated cost construction.
It is developed for technically simple objects, as well as objects with the application of projects (design solutions) of reuse.
WP is developed to determine the urban planning, architectural, artistic, ecological, technical, technological, engineering solutions of the object, the estimated cost of construction and execution of construction works. WP is an integrating stage of design and consists of two parts - approved and working documentation.
It is being developed on the basis of an approved preliminary stage. After the approval of the P stage, by the customer's decision, the working documentation can be developed by the project author or another designer.
The development of working documentation by other designers is carried out in compliance with the author's decisions of the approved P and compliance with copyright.
Design terms are from 14 working days and depend on the complexity of the task
The cost of designing is from UAH 150/sq.m.
