The main feature of this house is a cozy covered terrace with a barbecue area, which will allow you to receive guests and arrange a picnic without fear of adverse weather conditions.
Project No. 1.2. is a project of a small cozy country house with a terrace, which was created in our architectural office. The area of the building is 65.1 square meters, the number of floors is 2 floors. The height of the first floor is 2.8 m, the second floor is 3.1 m at the highest point of the attic. This project is quite an affordable option for implementation. The construction of this house will not take much time, that is, this house is quickly assembled. You can build such a country house in 3 months! The use of wooden lining, wooden supports on the terrace creates an imitation of a wooden house, in fact, this project of a country house involves the construction of walls from aerated concrete. The decoration uses wood of two colors: light and dark, stone for finishing the plinth and chimney, and red natural tiles. Such a "wooden" house will fit perfectly into a wooded area or a summer cottage.
Ready-made projects of two-story houses have a fairly universal planning, since with a small area it is necessary to accommodate the necessary set of rooms, which includes: a furnace, a bathroom, a kitchen - a living room, bedrooms.
