The project provides for the construction of a new secondary school of I - III levels, which will be located on the Kotsyubynskogo street in the village Chaiky of the Petropavlivska Borshchagivska village council of the Kyiv-Sviatoshyn district of the Kyiv region.
The three-story building, with a basement floor and an attic, consists of four blocks (А, B, V, G), which are functionally interconnected and combined into one Г-like volume.
For students with special needs, there are two elevators, external ramps and elevators, washrooms with appropriate dimensions.
The architectural expressiveness of the school building is achieved by the combination of educational and auxiliary blocks of various sizes, the identification of their functional purpose on the facades, and the colorful design of the facades. The main entrance and the entrance to the block of primary classes are highlighted by decorative panels. Assembly and sports halls, as well as the school's stadium, will be used for the cultural, recreational and sports needs of the village residents.
