On the first floor there is a kitchen-dining room-living room and an office, which can optionally become a guest bedroom. There is a separate room for the boiler room.
The second floor is three full bedrooms and a bathroom. No extra rooms, only everything necessary for your comfortable life. The construction of such a house will take about three months, the materials are at the customer's choice.
